Kim Gigliotti began her career in the real estate in 2003. She has been an agent with St. Aubin Real Estate since 2015. In addition to working with conventional sellers and buyers she also works in conjunction with a law firm assisting clients with complex transactions in foreclosure sales and bankruptcy. Her specialties include mortgage defaults, foreclosure sales, credit repair, and the effect of bankruptcy on real estate.
